Hotline 5.4 Reflex
The Hotline 5.4 Reflex offer a premium full suit that features 100% super-stretch neoprene for flexibility. Its triple-glued, taped and blind stitched seams provide the durability that enthusiasts look for in a wetsuit. The improved “Fly-Zip” makes easier entry and exit and it does not compromise the seal in the process. The Hotline 5.4 Reflex is available in men’s and women’s models in 3/2, 4/3 and hooded 5/4 thicknesses. There are over 15 men’s sizes. Anyone can find their size.
The Reflex is the result of 30 years of wetsuit research and development. It all started in the cold waters of Santa Cruz. It is known for its Synergy Seal. The Japanese seam-sealing technology is welded into the neoprene and provides a low profile for the zero snag-ability and strength that explains its durability. The Reflex also has a 95% Super Stretch because of the flexible materials used for the wetsuit. The manufacturers strategically placed these in order to provide the Reflex with different flex characteristics. It also provides a tight seal on the wrists and ankles. This helps prevent flushing and ballooning of the material.
The Ghost Zip Entry has been modified. Before it was the notorious ‘fly-zip’ but the Ghost Zip offers an easier time in opening the suit and does not compromise the seal. It is also easier for the wearer to get in and keeps the water out at the same time.
The redesigned seams of the Reflex eliminate the stress points and also promote easier movement. Once the sizes are altered, then it will be easier to fit more bodies. It also provides the customized fit right off the rack.
Reflex retains the Hotline’s trademark – the warmth, durability and performance that boost the performance of the wetsuit. Every Hotline wetsuit is covered by a limited lifetime craftsmanship warranty and one-year materials warranty.

Hotline W 4.3 Reflex
The Hotline W 4.3 Reflex is specifically designed for women. With 100% super stretch neoprene which provides easier paddling and triple-glued, blind-stitched and taped seams, the wetsuit is extremely durable. It also has an improved “Fly-Zip” which allows the wearer to get in the suit as fast as he can get out. It does not compromise the seal in the process. Women’s models come in 3/2 and 4/3 and can fit a wide range of body types.
The high-quality 3mm neoprene that is backed by the recycled polyester and chlorine free increases the warmth that the wearer can get in the wetsuit. It also created a larger air space which makes it really comfortable for the swimming enthusiasts. There are 3mm neoprene underarm panels that are packed by the polyester jersey which allows greater stretch especially when paddling.
The recycled polyester jersey on the butt and the legs also decreases the environmental impact of the water. When the seams are glued and blind stitched, the wetsuit is more mobile. The back zipper is then angled off to the side and has a crescent shaped neoprene panel all for better seals at the neck as well as easier zipping.
With the internal pullover style, the neck gasket of the Hotline W 4.3 Reflex with the 1.5 mm neoprene and polyester jersey surface as well as the key pocket at front of the internal gasket enhances the seal at the neck. It also prevents the water from flushing into the suit.
The zipper seams are blindstitched for the clean-finished exterior that most swimmers are looking for. With the zipper gusset, it is easier to just eliminate any potential seam abrasion on the wetsuit. The base of the zipper gusset also has drain holes which release internal water and the hook and the loop closure on the neck flap is set off to the side in order to reduce chaffing.

It is made with recycled PET and can be infused with the bamboo charcoal. The Bio Fleece inner jersey also absorbs less water and it dries faster. It weighs less and also removes the lingering bacteria that might harm the wetsuit over time.
The Hotline W 5.4 Ultra has a closed-cell neoprene foam that is found in the air cells which is used to trap and contain warmth. The swimming enthusiast definitely won’t feel a chill when she is wearing this wetsuit. Because of the unique materials, weaving, and lamination process, the neoprene in this wetsuit is 14% more flexible. It also absorbs less water, dries faster and weighs less than anything. This explains why the Hotline W 5.4 Ultra weighs less than the other wetsuits that are available in the market today.
The Plio tech thermal air chamber traps the warmth in the body. This is the most advanced thermal insulation which Hotline uses in their wetsuits. The wrist and ankle seams are also clean-finished, reinforced and shielded along with the coverage tabs to increase the durability of the material.
With the one piece and the back panels that eliminate the weak T-joint seam in the crotch, the Hotline W 5.4 Ultra is anatomically structured in order to bring comfort to the wearer. The PVC-free kneepads are more durable and provide more grip. It also creates less environmental damage compared to the traditional kneepads.
